The role is telephone-based business development, building relationships with existing clients and winning new business; sourcing and managing candidates; building specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector. Headhunting will be a key function of the role.

The company works with clients ranging from independent businesses to multi-national blue-chip corporations.

Candidates must have at least 12 months experience in recruitment; experience of the full recruitment process and a proven track record are vital. Healthcare sector experience is preferable but not essential.

Candidates must be highly professional, presentable with excellent sales, communication and questioning skills, together with good IT and administration skills. Candidates must be self-motivated with the desire and drive to be successful.
