Colt Mackenzie McNair is currently working with one of Europe’s leading golf estates based in Marbella, Spain. The estate includes three 9 hole loops overlooking the Mediterranean, along with being equipped with modern and luxurious facilities for its members and guests. We are looking to recruit an experienced Membership Sales Manager to head up the Membership sales for this respected venue.
The principle candidate must be motivated, talented sales professional who can lead from the front, and provide a first class level of service.
• A proven record leading sales teams selling solutions or services, ideally in a premium environment.
• The skills and selling style that allows you to develop long lasting rapport based relationship.
• The ability to bring clear leadership to your team, driving an intense performance environment and bringing high levels of professionalism to all that you do.
• You must speak Spanish to an advanced level.
In return the basic salary will range from £30000.00 to £35000.00 depending on the relevant level of experience.
Accommodation will be provided (2 bed apartment with pool)
