Gemini Resourcing UK Ltd is a multi-sector recruitment, employment and resourcing company, based in Leicester, providing a wide range of staffing solutions to a local and national client base. We are looking for a General Manager, who, reporting to the directors will be responsible for the day to day running of the business; this will include people, office and resource management, staff training and discipline, business development and client liaison.
To be successfully considered for this position, you will be able to demonstrate maturity, an ability to get things done, an ability to manage people and resources efficiently and cost effectively.
You must have supervisory/junior - middle management experience, must have a full clean driving licence and be competent with MS Office.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be prepared to lead and manage by example.
It will be an advantage to have a proven track record in the recruitment industry.
Salary is negotiable and will be largely dependant on experience; additionally a generous performance bonus is available. Car user allowance. Health scheme and contributory pension available after 6 months. |
