A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an English qualified solicitor (1 to 4 years PQE) to work between our client’s London and Paris offices. You must be a fluent French speaker and have a corporate, commercial, projects or banking background. Energy experience would be an advantage.
You will be working in the award winning projects team. This is a team of 15 lawyers, advising energy, mining and infrastructure companies and banks on acquisitions, disposals, financing and day to day project issues.
You will gain good training in energy matters, commercial contracts, private company and asset M & A work and project finance. You will be doing mainly English law but will also assist on drafting etc on French law deals. In addition, you will become a versatile commercial lawyer, with a good knowledge of the industries and countries in which this law firm works, and an ability to work effectively in an international environment.
