This international corporate division comprises of 9 main groups which consist of between 3 and 10 partners, together with associates, trainees and paralegals.
The bulk of each group’s practice comprises of insurance, investment funds and financial, offshore private equity and venture capital services take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures. In addition, there are a number of different focus areas which include:
• International equity offerings and equity capital markets;
• Energy and resources, utilities, projects;
• Information Technology and Communications.
You will be working with high-calibre colleagues in a collegiate environment; you will have a real role in major M&A and equity capital markets transactions; advising blue-chip UK and international companies and leading investment banks; frequently working with legal counsel in overseas jurisdictions.
