International Corporate Associate 3yrs+ - ENERGY PROJECTS - Asia
 

The Corporate division of our globally recognised international client comprises of 7 main groups which consist of between 3 and 10 partners, together with associates, trainees and paralegals.
The bulk of each group’s practice comprises take-overs, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions such as demergers, reorganisations, flotations and joint ventures.
The Energy practice specialises in providing corporate and commercial advice to companies and public authorities in the energy (oil, gas and electricity), transport, water and defence sectors. Work ranges from large cross border M&A transactions to complex commercial contracts to infrastructure project development.
Our client’s reputation in the energy and projects field is built on their long experience of advising companies, governments and financiers all over the world. Their team has a reputation for excellent sector knowledge, in many cases arising from experience gained on secondment.
Often breaking new ground, the transactions and projects on which we advise tend to be highly complex and can span multiple jurisdictions. In addition to the UK, they advise on transactions and projects throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian sub-continent and the former Soviet Union and Asia, working closely with our international offices.
