Our client is an offshore law firm with office both in The Caribbean and US. Their general corporate group comprises of Three partners, two consultants as well as associates, paralegals and trainees. The group's practice comprises of the offshore aspects of private equity -take-overR'S mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, equity securities and other transactions such as corporate restructuring and joint ventures.
They are now looking for an associate in the region of 4+ years PQE with mainstream corporate experience. You must have significant hands-on transactional experience,but also looking for a challenge, as our client needs you to continue promoting the practice, the firm and the island in conjunction with the government globally.
