The successful candidates will posses the following:
Minimum four to five years experience in a senior secretarial/administrative position.
First class secretarial performance recently demonstrated in an established legal environment
Sound written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to produce at a highly professional standard under the pressure of a client service oriented environment.
PC mastery with word processing abilities in windows environment.
Experience in areas of Civil Litigation, Conveyance or Corporate practices, and completion of a recognized legal secretarial certification programme would be assets.
Short-listed candidates will be type tested or previously tested results should be submitted on testing agency letterhead.
