Our client is looking for a lawyer with 4-8 years post qualification experience of acquisition, project or general finance preferably within a top tier firm.
You will join a small dynamic banking & finance team that receives good quality instructions and would be ideal for a banking lawyer who would like to broaden their experience out of one practice area. You should have a high level of legal ability and relevant experience within an established firm in the above areas; you must be able to draft with confidence and lead on documents and transactions as appropriate .
As this is a senior role with a clear partnership path you must be able to build relationships within the office, across an international network and with clients and prospective clients, therefore good business development skills and acumen is essential.
