The global litigation division of this international offshore law firm currently comprises 8 partners, 25 associates, 8 trainees and 3 PSLs and is expanding significantly.
The litigation division covers a full range of restructuring and insolvency cases, specialising in assisting companies in financial difficulties by providing legal advice to increase their chances of achieving the best possible outcome. They have a mixed client base of lenders and borrowers and also act for buyers of businesses in financial distress. The practice handles all aspects of corporate recovery including debt rescheduling, workouts, bond restructurings, rescue rights issues disposals, dispute resolution.
Our client is looking for an associate of 3+ yrs PQE with experience in restructuring and insolvency. You must posses good interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues alike and a readiness to take responsibility and use your initiative.
