We will organize an internship at a local or international company in Beijing, provide accommodation and teach you Chinese.

International Intern in the Service Department

Location: Beijing

Starting date: December 2008

Duration: 3-6 months

Internship description:
Development of a tool in order to analyze warranty and technical issues in the Chinese market:
-Warranty statistics and analysis of dealer performance
-Identification of field problems over service “sensors” like
roadside assistance, warranty, puma and call centre.
-Statistical analysis of specific technical problems in the
market.

Requirements:
-Technical studies in the field of engineering
-Knowledge in the field of statistics
-Analytical skills
-Microsoft Excel and MS Office
-fluent English

Chinese language skills would be an advantage
