Due to increased business growth they are now looking for both contractor and permanent staff across Australia.


Requires experienced fibre optics technicians to splice, test, terminate and fault find.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

·Have 2 years + Fibre Experience

·Some works may require confined space entry and travel

·Able to prepare and splice up to 312 core count fibre cables

·Carry out insertion loss testing

·OTDR testing & network fault finding on live Telco networks

·Accreditations for Fibre Optic Splicing and OTDRs are mandatory

·Must be able to obtain drivers license

·Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

·Experience in splicing OF cable in the external telecommunications networks and the termination of these cables within the CAN and IEN environments

·Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

·FTTP knowledge would be advantageous but is not mandatory
