Project Manager
 

An opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated individual to become part of the projects team, who will become involved in the day to day project management of the business following the recent acquisition by the KeTech Group.

The position will be for a Project Manager initially reporting to the Senior Projects Manager.

An articulate individual who can work in a team and have the ability to build a working relationship with customers. The individual should have a proven track record within the BMS Controls, & HVAC industry with a concise knowledge of HVAC plant and its operation, Sound health & Safety awareness is essential for this role along with a current CSCS card.
Introduce and manage best practice systems to ensure the projects make a profit and the customer is satisfied, with repeat business being the prime objective.

Project Manager
The Role
• Design a working system from a specification in conjunction with the quotation
• Create panel wiring diagrams with the assistance of the CAD department
• Control and evaluate the costs of the projects
• Procure equipment in accordance with the specification and to maximise profitability
• Negotiate and place orders with sub-contractors
• Collate technical information and implement accordingly
• Creation of monthly applications/invoices
• Provide sales forecasts on a monthly basis
• Liaise with Senior Project Manager on commissioning requirements activities
• Ensure all contracts are commissioned on time and to specification requirements
• Co-ordinate the project in accordance with the contract programme
• Attend site meetings where applicable
• Create O&M manuals
• Attend monthly review meetings regarding commissioning activities
• Write software in SET from relevant information in commissioning file
• On site Commissioning as and when required
