Our client a major solutions provider based in Salisbury is seeking energetic telemarketers to join their already highly productive team. The ideal candidate with be smart, well spoken and have the ability to work at senior level within business. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar telesales, telemarketing environment and be able to work as part of a dynamic team.
Candidates should have the ability to work directly form the businesses database, quickly establish opportunity to provide information, arrange demonstrations and work with the field sales teams to eventually close business. the company is a highly profitable organisation which reflects the high salaries that are paid to its achieve members of staff.
Your target will be to achieve an average of 2 dems per day for each available working day. To book qualified demonstrations with Senior decision makers for the field sales team.
Duties and Responsibilities The post holder will be responsible for:
1. using your market research data to directly contact companies;
2. using your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the or key Senior Decision maker;
3. fluently delivering the marketing scripts, ensuring that the key Decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product enhancing their Business;
4. obtain commitment from the Managing Director or key Decision maker for an appointment for a demonstration to be made;
5. ensure that the demonstration will qualify in line with the rules for qualification in force;
6. if the demonstration qualifies then with the assistance Management book the demonstration into the Sales diary;
7. ensuring that your product knowledge is up to date and requesting training as appropriate;
8. assisting the team by carrying out general administration duties including filing, word processing, faxing etc. as required;
9. undertaking cold calling and data entry as necessary.
The person appointed will:
1. have an excellent telephone manner;
2. have the desire to be successful;
3. possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages;
4. have organisational skills in such tasks as filing, diary-keeping and forward Planning; 5. have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards their duties;
6. be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff;
7. be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate;
