Our multinational client based in Brighton is looking for fluent Danish speakers with first class customer service skills to work in their new customer service centre.

You will be completing maintenance requests including Card Cancellations, Address Changes, Pin Mailer Requests and hierarchy changes across all Corporations.

Principal Accountabilities:

Employee ID and Cost centre updates
Card cancellations using both the @xxxx system and VAP tool
Company name changes
Transfer to different hierarchies and basic controls
Card fee variations hold codes
Changing billing status and reports
Corporate statement messages
Returned mail
Centrally billed direct debits
Applying and removing stop duns at control level
Adding IPC inhibits

Knowledge and Skills:

Fluent in Danish
Basic PC Skills
Ability to communicate across all Corporate teams internally
Professional telephone manner
