Responsible for achievement of functional goals in accordance with the company mission and objectives. Directors hire, resource, train, and evaluate staff to achieve project deliverables and assure technical competence and compliance within their functional area.

-Ensures appropriate employee resources are available to meet corporate and project objectives
-Reviews utilization reports to ensure staff are resourced appropriately
-Collaborate with Delivery owners for timely provisioning of staff
